Who we are

This store is operated by Glow & Oak ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and accuracy

We sell rechargeable wall sconces and related home lighting. We do our best to show products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens and measurements are approximate. Every set is sold as described on its product page. If something arrives different from that description, our Return and refund policy applies.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required. An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation; before that we may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full. We may limit quantities per order.

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, our free shipping offer, and what happens if something arrives damaged or wrong are set out in our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to access it other than through the pages we provide, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Glow & Oak or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Warranty and liability

Products are sold with the remedies described in our Return and refund policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices at any time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Glow & Oak is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.
